Adjustments and operations
Distance between distribution bands
The distance between distribution bands must be observed to provide a homogeneous
distribution in the whole area; so that the same amount can be distributed per m² of soil.
In practice, however, it is acceptable a variation up to 25% in the distributed amount. That
occurs especially in the overlapping band (between the distribution bands).
The distance of 07 meters for dry lime and plaster (according to the table) are a result
of various field trails, on which we obtained a better distribution. We suggest not to increase
these distances to keep a proper overlapping band. When using organic compound, the
distance between the distribution bands
changes according to the type of manure
used.

Flow divider adjustment
The flow divider adjustment (A) is provided to direct the product that falls on the rotating
discs, assisting in the distribution uniformity. Remove the flow divider before distributing
organic compound.
