This release note provides information about how to use Microsoft® 3D Builder and 3D print via the da Vinci Mini Series

printers. Although we try to make sure our printers' functions are flawless and stable, in no event shall XYZprinting be

liable for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, consequential damages (including data loss to your computer). It is strongly

recommended to backup or move any important data before updating this software to prevent data loss and corruption.

Microsoft® 3D Builder

LED Status Indicator

The da Vinci Mini streamlines 3D printing through a single-button print design, displaying

different printing conditions using colored LEDs.

da Vinci Mini has been designed for your home, office, or classroom.

With a non-heated print bed it ensures the safety of users operating it.

Green light: Standby mode, ready for print

Red light: Error status alarm

Flashing red light: High level error alarm

Orange light: Device Printing

Flashing orange light: Printing Stopped / Finish

Page 2 Release Notes First Time Use Important information about how to optimize your printing experience. da Vinci Mini 3D Printer Please check the printer firmware version and upgrade to Version 1.0.9 or above. Upgrading Firmware using XYZware is recommended, please go to XYZprinting for more support documentation: http://support.xyzprinting.com/ Level the print bed and adjust the Z-offset value in XYZware before printing to get a high quality print.
Page 3 Release Notes In the top right of the screen, you can find a 3D print button. Click it to prepare for 3D printing. Slice the model and send it to da Vinci Mini for printing. If the USB cord is plugged in, pausing or cancelling a job can be done via computer.
Page 4 Release Notes After Printing LED Status Indicator: Flashing orange light Take out the printed object and clean the print bed. After printing an object, the LED Status Indicator will be flashing orange, press it so that it changes to green. After the LED Status Indicator has changed green, the Da Vinci Mini is ready to receive your next print.
