3.3 Record Night Greeting

1. From 101 press VMsg key
2. When in mailbox dial 72 to access System Administration.
3. Press [Instr] softkey, when prompted for box number enter 002.
4. Press [Rec] softkey and record Night Main Greeting.
5. Press [Done] to end recording.
6. When finished hang up.

3.4 Record Weekend Greeting

1. From 101 press VMsg key
2. When in mailbox dial 72 to access System Administration.
3. Press [Instr] softkey, when prompted for box number enter 003.
4. Press [Rec] softkey and record Weekend Main Greeting.
5. Press [Done] to end recording.
6. When finished hang up.

4.0 ACD Delay Announcements

The In-Mail can support up to two Automatic Call Distribution Delay Announcements. Group mailboxes are used
to redirect to a Routing Mailbox that contains the ACD Delay Announcements Two ACD Delay Announcements
can be assigned. The settings below assume ACD is already setup and working in the system.

Set the first delay announcement group mailbox ID. This must be an unused extension number that
is valid in the systems number plan. For this example use 201.

Set all trunks to Answer Table 1.
Set Table 01 entry 01, 02 and 03 to Type 2 Range of Days.
Set Table 01 entry 01, 02 and 03 to Type 3 Routing Mailbox.
Set MB used by 01, 02 and 03 to 1, 2 and 3 respectively.
Set Table 01 entry 01 and 02 start of week to Monday.
Set Table 01 entry 03 start of week to Saturday.
Set Table 01 entry 01 and 02 end of week to Friday.
Set Table 01 entry 03 end of week to Sunday.
Set Table 01 entry 01 start time to 08:30.
Set Table 01 entry 02 start time to 17:00.
Set Table 01 entry 03 start time to 00:00.
Set Table 01 entry 01 stop time to 17:00.
Set Table 01 entry 02 stop time to 08:30.
Set Table 01 entry 03 stop time to 00:00.
