1- Characteristics of the shutter sensors :
ILS (Reed switch) sensor: The magnet attracts the reed every time it passes
before the sensor and establishes the contact.
The indicators
check the opening and closing of the shutters.
2- Checking a sensor :
The magnet is facing the sensor, check the continuity => R =100 Ω (between the blue and the brown wires)
The magnet is no longer facing the sensor (open contact) => No continuity
On assembly, the air-gap must be 5 mm max. The tip of the sensor must be allowed to jut
out by 1 to 2 cm.
Note:
The sensors are also used for counting the closures of the shutters in order to trigger the initialization of the application rate
actuators and of the chutes every 15 closures
