3-6. PAN/TILT Trouble

Is the operation interfered by
the external factor?
No
Is the harness between the
MD-156 board and motor
connected correctly?
Yes
What kind of symptoms are
there?
PAN/TILT does not operate.
Are there any belt loosening or
coming off the gear?
Yes
Is the fine-wire coaxial cable
between the SY-437 board
and MD-156 board, MD-156
board and CN-3766 board,
and CN-3766 board and FCB
assembly connected correctly?
Yes
Replace the service motor
assembly (MD-156).
(Refer to Section 1-4-9.)
SRG-300SE/301SE
Yes
Remove the external factor and
check the operation.
No
Connect the harness correctly.
PAN/TILT move like waves.
The motor correction value is
not written. Replace the service
motor assembly (MD-156).
(Refer to Section 1-4-9.)
No
Replace the belt. Perform the
adjustment and check the
operation.
Connect the fine-wire coaxial
No
cable correctly.
If there is any abnormality,
replace it. (Refer to Section 5.)
Bumping or rattling at the end
point occurs.
Check that the mechanical
parts for detecting the end
point are attached.
