Is the pin connection of the

connected to the GND pin?

Is there any defective soldering
or cracking in the connector of

Is the harness between the
SY-437 board and SW-1654
board connected correctly?
Yes
Replace the SW-1654 board.
(Refer to Section 1-4-7.)
