EATON Firmware Update Instructions V1.01 of A-, X-, S- series Update via USB The following steps are necessary for an update via USB: • Remove covers • Perform update • Mount covers Remove covers The USB interface is located in the connection panel. To make the USB interface accessible, the housing cover and the connection panel cover must be removed. - Page 8 EATON Firmware Update Instructions V1.01 of A-, X-, S- series Perform update Proceed as follows to perform the firmware update: Prepare USB stick 1) Extract the file USB_xChargeIn_A-X-S-Series_xxx.zip. The following files are required for the update: − firmware.bin − firmware.chk 2) Format the USB stick with FAT32.
