Extruder Motor Connection 1) You can plug the motor 4P connector to the board directly. If you want inversion the rotation direction simply reverse the connector of the motor. 2) If the motor wire is not long enough or you don’t want to open the machine to plug the connector you have to change the connector of the new extruder motor.
Page 18
Do not care the black wires sequence now just splice it one by one. Make sure the 1-red 2-blue 3- green 4-black.
Page 19
After replace the connector you can plug the new extruder motor into the old CR/ENDER extruder motor connection wire.
Page 20
After plug the motor to your printer please test the rotation direction of the motor. If you want reverse the direction you can change the sequence of the splice as shown down below. (blue and red) 1-bule 2-red 3-green 4-black. CR-10/S Print Head Connection There is one 8-PIN aviation plug wire for connect the new print head to CR-10/S control box.

Auto bed leveling sensor installation: M8/12/18 proximity sensor: Press one M3 nut into the groove of the M8/12/18 sensor mounting bracket Using two M2X8 screws to install the mounting bracket to the two threaded holes of the extruder body Please align the hole carefully and gently tighten the screws or you may damage the threaded hole.
Page 23
Insert the sensor to the mounting bracket and fix it by one M3X10 screw. Adjuest the hight of the sensor to meet your requirement. Insert the cables to the textile sleeve and make sure the cables are not interference with anything of the extruder assembly.

Mount the BL-touch to the bracket using two M2.5 self-tapping screws and springs provide in the BL-touch kit. Adjuest the hight of the BL-touch sensor to meet your requirement. Insert the BL-touch cables to the textile sleeve and make sure the cables are not interference with anything of the extruder assembly.
Auto Bed Leveling features etc. Firmware settings: The nozzle location of this AL-BMG extruder-hotend is a bit lower than the stock one on CR/ENDER printer in the Y position (Y -13.7MM) so you may losing a little bit print volume in Y axis.
