Ringtones

1. In idle state press the menu key
2. Select Sound and press
3. Select Ringer and press
- External: select the desired melody and press
- Internal: select the desired melody and press
- Ringer volume: select the volume and press
- Silent: select Off, if the ringer should be switched off com-
pletely or select Beep, if you want to hear a short beep ins-
tead of the ring tone, and press

Tones

1. In idle state press the menu key
2. Select Sound and press
3. Select Tones and press
- Key beep: turn the key beep on or off and press
- Confirmation: turn the confirmation tone on or off and
press
- Battery low: turn the low battery alert tone on or off and
press
- No coverage: turn the out-of-range alert tone on or off and
press

Set date and time

It is important for the entries in the caller list and messages on
the answering machine that the correct date and time is set.

2. Select Settings and press
3. Select Dat/Time/Alarm and press
