4.3.2 Input the serial number

If error C0152 (unmatched robot serial number) occurs after purchasing the robot, please input the serial
number of the robot arm into parameter RBSERIAL.
The serial number is printed to the rating name board on base section of the robot arm.
This section describes how to set the serial number using RT VisualBox or the teaching pendant.

(1) Setting the serial number using RT VisualBox

1) Click the [Reset] button to clear the error.
If the error message window has been closed, click the icon indicated by "a" to display the window.
2) Click the [Menu] button to display the menu.
