The replacement of stuck grinding disks
The output shaft is inserted into the adhesive disc centre with a six angle wrench in a clockwise rota -
tion. The hands holding the adhesive grinding disc, the grinding disc can be removed from the adhes-
ive.
Connecting the dust collecting bag
In order to protect the operator and in order to reduce dust suction and site cleaning processes at
work, please connect the machine with the dust bag. As shown in the figure one side has to be con-
nected with the suction pipe, the other end has to be connected with the dust collecting bag.
CAUTION: Failure to use a dust bag rated for drywall dust will increase the level of airborne dust
particles in the work area. Continued and prolonged exposure to high concentrations of airborne dust
may affect the respiratory system function.
Speed adjustment
The grinding disk rotation speed can be adjusted according to different conditions and grinding quality
requirements. The drywall sander is equipped with a variable speed control. The speed is adjusted by
turning the control knob. The control knob is numbered "1" to "6" with "1" being the slowest speed (ap -
prox. 1500 rpm) and "6" being the fastest speed (approx. 3050 rpm). Use the higher speed settings for
fast stock removal; use the lower speed to reduce removal rate for more precise control.
