Reset to factory defaults

If the PDU is not responding of if the receptacles need to be reset to the all-on
configuration, the PDU can be reset to factory defaults (including password) with the
following process:
Push the reset button two times to reset the PDU back to factory defaults
1 Push the reset button for more than three seconds then wait for the yellow LED
to start blinking
2 Within the next 10 seconds (while the yellow LED is blinking) you must push
and hold the reset button for at least 3 seconds to reset the PDU. During reset
the LED will turn yellow. When the reset is complete, the LED will turn solid
green. See the Starting the Web Interface section for factory password log in
instructions.
The PDU will not reset if nothing is pushed during the 10 seconds that the yellow LED is
blinking.
