  • Page 3 Step 3. Remove all burdens from the cushion. Step 4. Pull out the valve through the opening in the front of the cushion and ensure the valve was pulled out in full. Step 5. Open the valve by turning it counter-clockwise and by lifting it slightly upwards. The cushion self-inflates.
