Remove the anti freezing cover.
Remove the anti freezing cap.

Make sure that no water has entered the regulator.
If there is water in the regulator, blow compressed air into one of the holes
until the regulator is completely dry inside.
4.
Lubricate the anti-freezing cap on the inside edge.
