Behaviour when the appliance is not in use

The washer-disinfector uses and processes water. Non-use for several days
leads to the pipe system becoming contaminated.
To avoid contamination:
Enable time switch programme see page 49.
programme the time switch programme to start a programme every day.
If not used for a longer period, manually empty the pipe system.
– Have the pipe system manually drained by a trained in-house technician
or MEIKO Service, see service instructions.

Dismantling and disposal

In addition to valuable raw materials and recyclable materials, the packaging
and the old device may also contain substances that are harmful to health and
the environment and were required for the function and safety of the old device.
Please do not dispose of your old device in residual waste. Instead, contact
your dealer or the collection points set up in your community for information re-
garding the disposal of your old device.

13.1 Disposal of packaging materials

All the packaging materials are recyclable. The following materials are used:
Square timber frame
Plastic sheeting (PE film)
Foam
Cardboard packaging (edge protection)
Packaging strap (steel strip)
Packaging strap (plastic (PP))
Transport safety bracket (stainless steel)
