Intended Use

2.9 Safety labels on the lift table

Several safety labels are attached to the lift table which
must be observed and followed (Fig. 1).

The safety labels attached to the device must not be re-
moved. Damaged or missing safety markings can lead
to incorrect actions, personal injury and damage to pro-
perty. They must be replaced immediately.
If the safety markings are not recognizable and under-
standable at first glance, the device must be taken out
of operation until new safety labels have been applied.

The lift table is used exclusively for lifting, lowering and
transporting loads up to the specified maximum load, or
as a height-adjustable worktable. The permissible load
distribution and centre of gravity position must be
observed.
Transport may only take place with the load lowered.
The lift table may only be operated on firm, level
ground, in perfect condition and only by instructed
persons.
Intended use also includes compliance with all

3 information in these instructions. Any use beyond the
intended use or any other use is considered misuse.
Misuse:
Stürmer Maschinen GmbH accepts no liability for de-
sign and technical changes to the lift table.
Claims of any kind due to damage due to improper use
are excluded.

3.1 Residual risks

Consequences of non-compliance:
If the lift table is operated, serviced or repaired incor-
rectly, improperly or misused, or if it does not comply
with the safety regulations or if it is not used for its inten-
ded purpose, the following will occur
Intended Use
- Lifting, moving and transporting of persons
- Operation in potentially explosive areas
DANGER!
The lift table is not explosion-proof as standard and
must not be operated in potentially explosive areas!
CAUTION!
lease notice that every machine has residual risks.
Great care must be taken when carrying out all ope-
rations (even the simplest ones). Safe working
depends on you!
- Dangers to the health of operating personnel,
- Dangers to the lift table and objects in its area.
- The manufacturer is not liable for any damage to the
function of the lift table resulting from this.
