3. BASIC ITEMS FOR SERVICE

3.1 CHECK POINTS AFTER SERVICING

To keep the product quality after servicing, confirm recommended check points shown below.

1 Check the firmware version in Test mode.
2 Confirm whether the customer complain has
been solved.If the problem pointed out by the
customer occurs with a specific source or
operation, input that specific source then perform
that specific operation for checking.
3 Check the analog audio input.
4 Check the analog audio output.
5 Check the each operation.
(SW, VR and PAD etc.)
6 Check the FL display and LEDs.
7 Check the connection of each interface

9 Check the touch panel.
10 Check the appearance of the product.

Update firmware to the latest one, if it is not the latest.
The customer complain must not be reappeared.
Audio and operations must be normal.

Check that all LEDs light in Test mode.
Connect the USB memory and check the file by browsing.
Connect the PC and make sure you can access internal memory in Mass storage mode.
Connect the PC and check the communication with Ping command.
IN-OUT loop connected with MIDI cables, operation check in Test mode.
Check that there is no dirt or dust trapped inside the LCD display.
Check whether a product can be opeated properly in an all-back screen.
No scratches or dirt on its appearance after receiving it for service.
