Cold start
WARNING:

starting. Do not run the trimmer in the air or with a belt. If you lose
control, the device may strike your leg or an obstacle.
1.
Fill the fuel mixture in the tank:
•
Stop the engine and allow it to cool completely before refuelling.
•
Fill the fuel tank in the open air in a well-ventilated area, away from sources of
possible ignition.
•
Clean debris near fuel cap.
•
Slowly unscrew the fuel cap.
•
Carefully fill the fuel mixture.
•
Do not completely fill the fuel tank; there must be room for fuel expansion.
•
Screw the fuel cap on tight. Before starting, wipe the fuel tank dry of any
spilled fuel.
2.
Before starting the engine, make sure that:
•
The engine does not leak fuel.
•
All fasteners are securely attached.
•
The trim head or blade properly installed and secured.
•
The protective cover is properly installed and securely fastened.
•
The working handles are adjusted and securely fastened.
•
The shoulder strap is properly installed and adjusted. Before starting work, it is
advisable to put on a belt and hang a trimmer on it without starting the
engine. This will allow you to easily adjust the belt in shape and height, adjust
the position of the cutting device relative to the ground surface.
