Head installation
To install the head, connect the upper and lower parts of the rod by turning it so that the
spring button of the lower part fits into the hole of the coupling of the upper part of the rod.
If necessary, rotate the spool shaft so that the drive shaft located in the lower part of the rod
engages with the accompanying slot in the upper part. Secure the connection with the rod
tightening screw.
Chain installation
WARNING:
is running. It is recommended to wear gloves when working with a
chainsaw to protect your hands.
To increase the life of the chain, it is recommended to soak it in oil overnight.

Using a hex key, remove the gear housing cover nut (Turn the key counter-
clockwise to remove) and remove the gear (Fig. 13).
WARNING:
may cause damage.

Place the tire over the adjustment studs on the assembled cutting head. (Fig. 14).
3.
Install a chain loop over the drive links in the groove of the tire and then align the
chain over the drive gear. Make sure the teeth are pointing correctly, (Fig. 15).
4.
Install the gear housing to the shaft. Tight the sprocket cover nut.
WARNING:
Never install, replace, or adjust the circuit while the engine
Align the chain tension pin before use. Failure to do so
Never use a chainsaw without the gear housing installed.
