WARNING
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
Remove Outer Door Panel & UI
1. Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.
2. Remove 8 to 10 short screws on the sides and 2 long
screws on each side of the latch assembly (see Figure 1).

3. Move the outer door panel away from door assembly with
enough room to disconnect the User Interface harness
and, if necessary, the harness clip (see Figure 2).
NOTE: If the Electronic Control is mounted in the door
assembly, the UI harness can be disconnected at the
Control. If the Control is mounted under the tub, the UI
harness and harness clip should be disconnected at the UI.

4. Remove the latch assembly from the outer door panel or
disconnect the latch assembly harness.
5. Remove the outer door panel and UI assembly.
