Removing Drain Pump & Sump Assembly
WARNING
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
Remove Drain Pump
1. Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.
2. Unplug the wire harness connected to the drain pump,
(see Figure 1).
3. Rotate the drain pump 1/4 turn counter clockwise, (see
Figure 2).

4. Remove the drain pump, (see Figure 3).
Remove Sump Assembly
1. First perform "Remove Drain Pump" procedure.
2. Release hose clamp and pull off the hose, (see Figures 1
and 2).
NOTE: Be prepared to catch the water from the sump area.
