12.3.12 Set-point value is not reached (MFC)
Identify the cause to solve the problem:
1. The mesh filter is clogged.
→ Clean or replace the mesh filter.
→ Run the Autotune function to adapt to the operating
conditions.
2. The inlet pressure is too low.
→ Increase the inlet pressure to the calibration pressure value.
3. The outlet pressure is too high.
→ If the fluid connection pipes after the product are dirty, then
clean them.
