Use the +/, key to select the registered name or address from the search results, then press the OK
key.
% The machine indicates the name and E-mail address. Check them, and press the OK key. If a se-
lection error is made, press the Back key. Displays the previous screen.
% If the searched E-mail address contains more than 64 characters, the screen returns to the address
registration screen.

Check the destination name, then press the OK key.

Check the E-mail address, then press the OK key.
One-touch Dial is registered.
% When transmitting using the Internet fax, press the , key and the transmission size and resolution
can be set up.

Registration of speed dial

Press the Utility key.

Use the +/, key to select [DIAL REGISTRATION], then press the OK key.

Use the +/, key to select [SPEED DIAL], then press the OK key.

Enter the speed dial number for registration, then press the OK key.
The registration setting screen appears.
% Speed dial number can be registered from 001 to 250.

Use the +/, key to select either [MANUAL SETTING] or [LDAP SEARCH], then press the OK key.
% If [MANUAL SETTING] is selected, go to Step 6.
% If [LDAP SEARCH] is selected, go to Step 9.

Enter the destination name, then press the OK key.
