t hereof. Dat am ax- O'Neil's liabilit y, if any, t o t he purchaser or t o t he cust om er of t he purchaser
hereunder shall in no event exceed t he t ot al am ount s paid t o Dat am ax- O'Neil hereunder by t he
purchaser for a defect ive product .

is licensed for used only on a single print er in t he user's Trade or Business. The User agrees not
t o, and not t o aut horize or perm it any ot her person or part y t o, duplicat e or copy t he Firm ware or
t he inform at ion cont ained in t he non- volat ile or program m able m em ory. The firm ware ( Soft ware)
is prot ect ed by applicable copyright laws and Licensor ret ains all right s not expressly grant ed. I n
no event will Licensor or it s suppliers be liable for any dam ages or loss, including direct , incident al,
econom ic, special, or consequent ial dam ages, arising out of t he use or inabilit y t o use t he
Firm ware ( Soft ware) .

your dealer or local ut ilit y com pany ) .
• Do not place t he power cord where it can be st e pped on; and, if t he pow er cord becom es dam aged,
im m ediat ely replace it .
• I f service is required, use only qualified t rained t echnicians t o repair your print er.
