Water of extruder barrel: SP%= 5%
Steam of extruder barrel: SP%= 15%
 In operation, if the conditioning moisture of the materials is found too low and it is required to
increase the water addition, just go straight to increase the conditioner water SP% value, e.g. from
the primary 20% to 22%. And then, SP value will become automatically from1000kg/h to 1100kg/h.
Check the material forming routinely and watch the variation of main motor loading.
When the startup and commissioning is successful and stable, save main process parameters of
this material as per the "Recipe library" in Fig.5-6. When process the materials with the same
specification and formula, these parameters can be referred to guide the production.

5.2 Shutdown operation

When material weight in feeding bin drops to the lower limit as shown in Fig.5-4 (such as 120kg,
settable) during production, the system will send out a signal asking for more materials to the bin. If
material weight doesn't reach to the upper limit (500kg settable) in a certain period, the system will
give an alarm of "bridging" and manual intervention is required. If material weight still doesn't reach to
the upper limit in a specified time (such as 300s, settable), the above-mentioned signal will stop and
an alarm will go off to indicate that there is no material.
When giving indication of no material, computer will start timing when material in the feeding bin
reaches to the lower limit (such as120kg, settable) and will go with automatic shutdown procedure
after a certain period of time (such as 60s, settable).
Automatic shutdown procedure: stop the motor of bridge-breaking bin and the feeder→open
bypass automatically after a certain period of time (such as 60s, settable)→shut down conditioner
automatically after a certain period of time (such as 300s, settable).
