Water pipe inlet to extruder barrel in Fig.4-8 is mainly used to clean the barrels and secondaryly
for material processing as well. Water here doesn't need to be measured and usually use the on-site
tap water. The pipe specification is DN15 galvanized pipe.
Oil cooler works for the gear box to take its operation heat away. The oil is then cooled down by
water through heat exchange. Water for cooling usually uses tap water. Since the water consumption
of this cooler is a little big about 1～2t/h, it will cause water waste if the water after cooling is directly
