- Connect the spiral gases exhale pipe (SMFA197) to the cabinet in the (POS.C)
using
(SMFA237), see pict.29
- Connect the final part of the gases
exhale spiral pipe to the final filter
(SMFA260), see pict.29
- Position the final filter so that it
communicates with the outside
(courtyard, balcony, ecc..), see
pict.29
- Close the holes of the ring of the
SMFA236 gas vent valve.
C) GASES DRAIN TO THE EXTERNAL BY
MEANS OF THE MASK, only for model
ART.1601AS
- Insert the wall draining fitting in
the mask draining pipe (SMFA257).
- Connect the final part of the spiral pipe for gases draining (SMFA197) to the
final filter (SMFA260).
- Position the final filter so that it communicates with the outside (courtyard,
balcony, etc..).
- Close the holes of the ring of the gas vent valve.
REGULATING THE GASES DRAIN VALVE SMFA236:
Case A: Make sure the holes of the ring are closed.
- Connect the nipple to the surgical suction
system and make sure the volume of the
balloon gets reduced.
- Open the valve till the balloon returns to the
ideal volume "HALF-FULL HALF-EMPTY" see
pict.31.
- If the holes of the safety valve are completely
open but the balloon does not reach the ideal
volume reduce the surgical suction power.
Case B and C:
- Close completely the hole.
