This model protects your RJ-45 10BASE-T
interface. It also protects RS-422, RS-485, and
RS-423 ports. To install, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the existing data cable from the
device.
2. Attach the surge protector, and ground it
directly to the equipment's metal chassis.
3. Reconnect the data cable to the surge
protector.
4. Velcro fasteners are included for mounting.
