2.18.1.6 Faults and solutions of hydraulic suspension system
Symptom
1. It fails to conduct
the lifting operation
under light and
heavy duty.
2. It can conduct the
lifting operation
under light duty, but
under the heavy
duty, it cannot
conduct the lifting
operation or lifts
slowly.
3. The farm tools
shakes during the
lifting and the lifting
is slow.
4. The farm tools
frequently shakes its
head after lifted, and
the static drop is quick
after the engine shuts
down.

Operation Instruction
Reason
1. The oil level of lifter housing is too
low.
2. The oil filter screen is blocked
severely.
3. The oil suction pipe has air.
4. The gear oil pump is in failure.
5. The spring pin outside and inside
the control handle falls off.
6. The pendulum bar in distributor falls
off.
7. The main control valve is blocked
at its neutral or lowering position
or the oil return valve is locked at
its opening position.
8. The main control valve is
blocked.
9. The lowering valve is blocked.
10. The lowering valve fails to open
because the pin becomes short or
the lowering valve
becomes loose and screws out.
11. The oil way to the oil cylinder in
the cylinder head is closed.
1. The oil suction inhales or has air.
2. The set pressure of the system
safety valve is too low.
3. The set pressure of oil cylinder
safety valve is too low.
4. The pressure is poor due to the
severe abrasion of gear oil pump.
5. The oil cylinder seal has oil
leakage.
1. The oil filter is blocked.
2. The oil suction pipe has air.
3. The gear oil pump is in failure.
4. The hydraulic oil level is too low.
1. The one-way valve of distributor
fails to be sealed properly.
2. The lowering valve fails to be
sealed properly.
3. The oil cylinder safety valve has
oil leakage or fails to be adjusted
properly.
4. The piston O-ring of oil cylinder
has oil leakage due to damage.
5. The seal ring between the
distributor or cylinder head and
the lifter housing oil inlet falls off
or is damaged due to improper
installation.
Reason
1. Fill oil to the specified oil level.
2. Clean or replace the oil filter screen.
3. Check the pipe joint.
4. Check, repair or replace the gear oil
pump.
5. Reassemble the spring pin.
6. Open the distributor, assemble the
pendulum bar.
7. Disassemble the distributor, clean the
valves.
8. Clean the main control valve.
9. Clean the lowering valve.
10. Take off the plug of lowering valve,
readjust the pin clearance of lowering
valve or fasten the lowering valve
assembly assembly.
11. Open the oil way.
1. Check the oil suction pipe and oil filter.
2.Adjust or replace the system safety valve,
3. Adjust or replace the safety valve of oil
cylinder.
4. Repair or replace the gear oil pump.
5. Replace the oil cylinder seal ring.
1. Clean or replace the filter element.
2. Eliminate the air leakage of joint and
O-ring.
3. Replace the gear oil pump.
4. Fill the lubrication oil as required.
1. Clean the one-way valve; adopt the fine
antiscuffing paste when necessary.
2. Clean or face up the lowering valve.
3. Repair or readjust the safety valve of oil
cylinder.
4. Replace the O-ring.
5. Check and replace the seal ring.
