To access a VIC 20 in Carousel mode you either play the VIC 20 games available
from the CAROUSEL, or run a program from USB stick (using the File loader) that
specifies a VIC 20 via either filename flags or a CJM file.
To access a VIC 20 in Classic mode, run a program from USB stick (using the Media
access menu option) that specifies a VIC 20 via either filename flags or a CJM file.
MEMORY OPTIONS
The original VIC 20 model has 3,583 bytes free from BASIC V2. Some VIC 20
programs require more memory, so THEC64 has the ability to expand the memory
using filename flags and CJM files, using combinations of expanded memory banks.
The typical combinations of expanded memory banks needed for some VIC 20
programs are:

Note that some programs only run on an unexpanded VIC 20 with the standard 3,583
bytes free from BASIC and do not work at all if any expanded memory is set.
To specify your expanded memory requirements for a specific VIC 20 program, add
these values as filenames flags or include them in a relevant CJM file, e.g. _B1B2 for
