Front Panel Controls:
1. RPM Display: Displays the current set rpm. Adjust with item 4
2. ON Button: Turns the motor on and sets the blade to the set rpm
3. Off Button: Turns the motor off
4. RPM Adjustment Knob: rotate to adjust the display rpm. Clockwise to increase,
counterclockwise to decrease.
