9.2.1.1
Station Name Program
After selection, enter the name for your phone using the dial pad. You can enter up to 20 characters. Refer to
section "1.10.1 Phone Entering Text" for details on entering text. When done, press the OK button or Softkey.

ICM Ring/CO Ring
When multiple phones in a small area ring, which are ringing can be difficult to tell. The iPECS Phone has 16
Ring Tones available for differentiating one phone's ringing from another. Different tones can also be assigned
for internal and external ringing calls. Ring tones can also be established as described in "3.4 Differential Ring
Signals".
Use the Navigation or Volume up/down keys to select ICM (internal) or CO (outside) ring tones and
select with the OK button or Softkey.
Use the Navigation or Volume up/down keys to scroll through the list of ring tones and select the tone
with the OK button or Softkey. You may use the NEXT Softkey.

Password Program
For several features, you may need to enter an Authorization code or password. You can change the
password as desired from 1 to 12 digits.
Enter your current password and press the OK button or Softkey.
Your Station number is the default password. Then enter the new password and press the OK button
or Softkey to store the new password.

Language Program
The phone can display text in multiple languages.
Use Navigation or Volume up/down keys to highlight available languages then press the OK button or
Softkey to select the language.

Station Ring Download
The system stores 10 ring tones four of these tones can be stored in the phones memory. For more details,
refer to "3.4 Differential Ring Signals".
Select the phone's ring tone memory position, 5-8, use the dial pad to select the system tone to
download then press the HOLD(SAVE) button or SAVE Softkey to download the tone.

Backlight
There are several selections for the illumination of the LCD backlight.
Use Navigation or Volume up/down keys to highlight the backlight control and select with the OK
button or Softkey.
