Press the Directory
key with the letter you require 1-4 times e.g. for the letter K press 5 twice (1 press = J, 2 =K, 3=L).
Press OK and then use the navigation key to scroll to the entry you require. Press OK to dial the
number or 'Send' from the appropriate Soft key
Select the Voicemail Key followed by option 3, or scroll to the Voice Mail option and press OK
Enter your username and PIN and follow the audible instructions.
Lift the handset

Select; (1) Station Speed --> (2) Group Speed --> (3) Station Name
For options 1 & 2, follow the on-screen instructions.
