Thyro-Tool E

The integrated power controller type Thyro-A 3A 230-xxx HRLP E can also be connected to
a PC and operated and adjusted simply and comfortably by the PC software Thyro-Tool E. A
connection between PC and power controller is necessary to work with Thyro-Tool E. The
PC interface RS232 (order number 2000000845) and a RS232 data line (order no. 0048764)
are required.

The system has to be switched off and protected against restart to install
the PC interface RS232. All relevant safety regulations have to be
observed!
Remove the connector X22 at the Master, plug in the interface with the
"Thyro-A" side, plug in the connection from the Slave into the interface.
Work performed on electrical equipment of the machine may only be carried
out by an electronic expert or by trained persons under the management
and supervision of an electronic expert in accordance with electrotechnical
regulations.
If the interface is installed, it is possible to connect the power controller with the PC via the
RS232 data line. The PC has to be equipped with a COM interface. If this is not the case, an
adapter cable USB 1.1 to RS232 (order no. 8000019086) can be used in lieu of the RS232
data line.
