Functional Description
Different parameters, such as, for example, the connection time, the under- and overvoltage
limits, as well as other times and hystereses can be set in the power controller. The existing
potentiometers and/or the PC programme Thyro-Tool E (extra) can be used for this purpose.
However, the Unit is not completely pre-parameterised so that it also works without any
further settings. See also chapter 8 "Display and Operating Elements" on page 33
7.2.1

Description of the General Procedures

The system is normally switched on in the evening hours by connecting the voltage supply.
The full mains voltage is switched through to the connected lamps for 5 min. (default setting,
see chapter 8.1.2 on page 33). The system switches to the stage selected by the user via the
binary inputs afterwards. A time controlled operation follows. The system is switched off in
the morning.
7.2.2

Control via Internal Timer

The timer in systems with integrated timer (identification letter "T") is preset so that it remains
in the highest stage (stage 3) at 10.00 p.m. It is switched to the mean stage (stage 2)
afterwards. The system switches to the lowest stage (stage 1) and conserves the most
energy from 11.00 p.m. From 5.00 a.m. it is switched to the mean stage (stage 2) and from
6.00 a.m. to the highest stage (stage 3). The system is then switched off in the morning.
