Message:
Level indication
Adjustment aid at the analogue output
Frequency error
Temperature error
Minimum current deceed
Parameter is faulty
Mains-undervoltage
Pulse inhibitor enabled
no communication with the Slave´s

Off LED is OFF continuously
On LED is ON continuously
Slow LED blinks slowly (1 Hz or 3.3Hz)
Fast LED blinks fast and flickers (14.7 Hz)
