Main jet
Ease the main jet (1) out of the
carburetor body.
Remove the sealing ring.
Use punch (1) to drive out the jet
body from the outside inwards.
Use sleeve (1) 1127 851 8300 to
install new jet body from inside.
Series 4141 Powerhead
Note:
Do not drive home the jet body with
a hammer because the support ring
might break. Installing the jet with a
punch damages the jet body.

Adjusting the Carburetor
The carburetor is designed to
provide an optimum fuel-air mixture
in all engine operating conditions.
Standard setting
– Mount the cutting attachment.
On nylon line heads:
Check that length of cutting line is
correct. Each cutting line must
reach as far as line limiting blade on
the deflector.

– Check the air filter and clean if
necessary.
– Inspect spark arresting screen
and clean or replace as
necessary.
Adjust idle speed with the low
speed screw (1).
