- Page 5 Installing Black Cover • Prior to inflating the bag, attach Velcro collar to the base of the bag and secure it to the ring clamp. • Once the collar is secured, inflate the bag. • Apply the Velcro nose ring and secure the black cover to the Velcro collar as desired.
