5.4 Troubleshooting
In case that your ITC4000 shows malfunction, please check the following items:
Ø
Unit does not work at all (nothing is shown on the display at the front):

Is the ITC4000 connected to the mains properly?
·
Is the ITC4000 turned on?
·
Check the fuses on the rear panel (see section
please replace the fuses by the correct type.
·
Check via SCPI interface if the unit works (see section
connect to the unit properly, please check display settings via remote control (brightness
and contrast).

The display works, but you don't get the desired operation temperature, current or
power:
·
Are the corresponding hardware limits set correctly? Please refer to section

Is the laser diode / TEC setup connected correctly to the

Is the interlock circuit close? Please refer to section
