For adjusting the tilting height of the lifting
arm (6), press down the releasing handle (5)
for the lifting arm (5) and move the lifting arm
up or down.
Insert the lifting arm in one of the lock-in
positions in the frame (15).

Filling Oil

1.
Position the lifting arm upright.
2.
Move the piston (10) completely down by
turning the release/stop valve counter
clockwise and remove the oil filler plug of
the oil filler opening (11).
3.
Fill in max. 580 ml suitable high quality
hydraulic oil resp. Fill oil up to the rim of the
oil filling opening.
4.
Vent the piston after each filling with oil.
See chapter „Venting" on page 11. IMPORTANT: After mounting the air
service jack, allow it to rest for approx. half an hour. By doing this air bub-
bles in the hydraulic oil can be removed.

Lifting

1.
Turn the release/stop valve (1) clockwise as far as it will go.
2.
Use the handle (2) and position the air service jack to the desired position.
Position the air service jack beneath the specified point. See the vehicle's
operating manual for exact positioning of the air service jack.
3.
Connect the compressed air connection (3) of the air service jack with a
compressor. The air pressure should be 8 – 10 bars.
