Classification Problem

Check if the lock is set as Mute
Check if the privacy mode is set from inside, a door cannot be opened using a PIN code or a
fingerprint from outside
The lock can be used again only after the privacy mode is deactivated by the person from
inside or unlocking the door by mechanical key.
You will hear the alarm if the mortise sensor is not working properly. Enter a PIN code or swipe
a card key or change the [OPEN/LOCK] switch to right and press it for about 5 seconds to turn
the alarm off.
Check if the [OPEN/LOCK] switch is at right side, If the [OPEN/LOCK] switch is at left side, a
door cannot be locked even if door is closed.
Check if the door gap is too wide (door gap is required to less than 5mm)
Check if the wireless communication has been turned on
Check if the remote control battery goes flat
Check if the wireless relay battery goes flat
Check if it is a registered wireless relay.
Check if the wireless relay battery goes flat
Try to re-register the wireless relay or security housekeeper and re-delete it after the power
supply is in the normal status.
