4-3 Trouble Shooting
If the product is not working properly, please ensure that you have read the following table carefully before you go to contact After Sales Service. If a problem
persists, Please contact After Sales Service for further assistance.
Classification Problem
Power is not on
Cannot register a PIN code
Keypad does not illuminate with

Cannot register a fingerprint
A locked door cannot be opened
by a fingerprint
Check if the battery is faulty or it is inserted with the correct polarity (+ -)
Check if the battery is completely discharged
Input will be cancelled if a PIN code is not entered within 10 seconds. Enter a PIN code within
10 seconds when the keypad illuminates.
A PIN code cannot consist of symbols [*] or [#]
Check if it is a right PIN code user ID or input a 8-digit PIN code without any repetition from
registered PIN code
Palm touch plays an important role of solving the problem of leaving fingerprint on the keypad.
The product can only identify a palm touch when more than 3 fingers are touched on the
keypad. Touch the keypad again with your open palm.
Input will be cancelled if a fingerprint is not pressed within 10 seconds.
Place a fingerprint within 10 seconds when the keypad illustrates.
The fingerprint registration (or identification) may experience some problem if
the ridges are indistinct or damaged, or if the fingerprint belongs to children.
Do not remove your fingerprint until identification succeeded.
Check if it is a registered fingerprint
Wipe the finger and fingerprint reader
Please try again by expanding the contact area of fingerprint as much as possible.
You cannot open a door with fingerprint identification alone if the product is set
on "Double Identification Mode".
