4. Before operation

Unpacking, transport, storage

• Consider the heavy weight of the machine when unpacking, transporting and storing it.
• A two person lift may be required.
• Ensure that the machine is level on a flat surface when unpacking, assembling or storing,
during use, during testing and maintenance; and when out of service.

Fitting the handle

• Align the holes in the handle (2) with the
holes in the main frame (N) and secure
with two hex screws (10A) and the hex
key (10C) as pictured.

Fitting the wheels and rubber feet

• Feed the axles (9D) through the holes on
the wheels (5) and the main frame and
secure with the split pins (10B).
• Attach the rubber feet (9C) to the main
frame with the pre-fitted bolts, washers
and locking nuts.
