Application of flight phases

Before we do anything else we have
one of the auxiliary switches for the change of the
two phases "Start" and "Landing" in...

As we can disregard any priority for this – we use
switch "C" in the display. In this example our switch
is (by chance) connected to socket "2" on the
transmitter PCB.
With the
SEL
-key on the right we select for the
possible two switch positions(ON/OFF) the phase
"1 Start" in one direction and the phase "2 Landing"
in the other direction. In all flight phase dependant
menus (see table page 21) will now (switch
dependant) the phase name be displayed.
Now we change to ...

Enter "Free" for the input 7 "Brake" as we do not
want to use the ailerons as brake in flight phase
"Start". The offset is to be set to (depending on the
individual installation) + or – 100% so that in the
phase "Start" independant of the CH 1 controller no
aileron deflection occurs.
In the flight phase "Landing" you select the reverse

As the motor is to be switched off in the rear position
(stick to pilot side) of the contr. 1, you have to select
the offset to –100%. That ensures that the E-motor
is definately switched off in the landing phase.
(Is the "Throttle minimum "-position other than
normally on the opposite side of the controller 1,
than you have to program the offset to +100% ).
Alternative-programming:
Instead of setting input 6 to "free" with the –100%
offset for the landing phase you can also select with
-Zeit+
the
-key an open fixed switch "FX" :

configuration the motor is directly (hard) switched

change to the landing phase and when changing to
