8.2.1 Setting the frequency manually

To change the reception frequency, turn the SCROLL/SELECT/SNOOZE knob, until the

desired station frequency is shown on the display.
In this way you can set a specific frequency to receive the desired station by turning the
knob. If the frequency is set correctly, the preset station will be indicated by name, if this RDS
information is transmitted.
Turning the SCROLL/SELECT/SNOOZE knob to the right increases the frequency
in increments of 0.05Mhz. Turning the SCROLL/SELECT/SNOOZE knob to the left
decreases the frequency in increments of 0.05 Mhz.
8.2.2. Searching for stations automatically
As an alternative to manual setting of a reception frequency you can also have the radio search
for stations automatically. To do so, access the settings you have established under Scan setting.
Briefly press the SCROLL/SELECT/SNOOZE knob, to start the scan. The scan ends

when a sufficiently strong station has been found.

Repeat the procedure to search for another station.
8.2.3 Scan setting
To do this select item<Scan Settings> and press the SCROLL/SELECT/SNOOZE knob.

Now select whether weak stations (No) are to be detected during the scan or Only
>
strong stations > Yes and confirm your selection by pressing the SCROLL/SELECT/
SNOOZE knob.
