4.8. Connecting additional pump

Plug additional pump to the connector marked as no. 7.
For stranded conductors, use sleeves or tin plating.
If additional sensor that comes with the device is working with a CH boiler, it needs to be installed in a way to be able to read boiler's temperature. When
sensor's temperature reaches a certain level(value can be set manually) additional pump turns on and heat starts being transferred through coil in the water
heater until the set temperature is reached. Turning the additional pump on causes the compressing unit to shut down.
If heat pump is connected to solar panels, it is required to buy a dedicated PT-1000 sensor. This sensor monitors solar panel's temperature. Similar to boiler's
sensor, after reaching set temperature additional heat pump is gonna turn on, based on settings.
It is required to activate additional heating source in the heat pump's controller. Keep in mind that heat pump's controller is compatible with
only one additional heat source (solar panel or boiler).
Water heating in the DHW tank can also be controlled by an additional source's controller (e.g. boiler, solar). In this case, the domestic hot
water sensor from the additional source controller should be placed in the heat pump tank's sensor cover.
Before taking any action, it is required to disconnect the device from power supply. Electrical wiring connections should be carried out by a
qualified electrician.
