1.7. Maintenance

1. Check the connection between the plug, socket and earthing wire on a regular basis;
2. In colder regions (below 0°C) while the system is to be shut off for a longer period, drain the water to protect the internal tank against freezing and avoid
damage to the heater;
3. Check the magnesium anode every 18 months. The anode replacement is not covered by the warranty services. Keep the receipts of the anode
replacements and remember to fill the entries in the warranty card. Regular anode replacements are necessary to maintain the warranty on the tank;
4. If water parameters at outlet are sufficient, it is recommended to set a lower temperature to reduce heat emission, prevent lime scale build-up and to
save energy;
5. Before you shut off the device for a longer period of time - disconnect the power supply, drain water from the tank and pipes and close all valves. Check
all internal components on a regular basis.
6. Check condensate hose regularly and clean it when there is a need to do so.
7. Pay attention to the patency of ventilation ducts.

1.8. Checking and moving the device

After the device is delivered, check its packaging for any damage. If any damage is found, notify the carrier immediately. When moving the machine, consider
the following points:
1. The device is fragile, so handle it with special care. Hold the device upright to avoid damage to the compressor.
2. Device should be carried vertical,to avoid damaging heat pump's aggregate. (The maximum deviation from the vertical axis is 40°).
3. Before you carry the device, check whether the route to the installation site is free from any obstacles.
4. The device should be carried in its original packaging.
