When connecting to the network port, keep the machine power switched off.
Note Connection failure may be solved by selecting the Administrator Mode's Home screen > [Device] >
[Connectivity & Network Setup] > [Protocol Settings] > [Ethernet Settings] > [Energy Efficient Ethernet] >
[Disabled].
USB connection
When connecting to a USB connector, keep the machine power switched off.

Use "TEL" to call when using the telephone or handset (optional).
Use "LINE 1" for calls using a handset connected to the TEL jack.
Open this cover to clear paper jams.
