Solution
Check settings on feed system,
decrease pressure if necessary.
Check pressure settings on setup
screen.
Check to make sure that the
pressure sensor is properly
connected to connector 6 of the
Motor Control Module (MCM)
Replace the Pressure Sensor
Check to make sure that the
pressure sensor is properly
connected to connector 5 of the
Motor Control Module (MCM)
Replace the Pressure Sensor
Check to make sure that the
pressure sensor is properly
connected to the connector 6 of the
Fluid Control Module (FCM).
Replace the Pressure Sensor
Check to make sure that the
pressure sensor is properly
connected to connector 5 of the
Fluid Control Module (FCM).
Replace the Pressure Sensor
First try purging fresh material
through the system. Then relieve
pressure and check for cured
material or obstructions in the
dispense valve.
Adjust orifice restrictions to balance
pressure of A and B materials
Verify B material supply
Increase pressure imbalance
amount from the Setup screen of the
Advanced Display Module (ADM)
