    The 16453A is a xture for measuring the permittivity of dielectric materials. Applicable Instrument The 16453A has been designed to operate speci cally with the 4291A RF Impedance/Material Analyzer equipped with the Option 002 (which provides the permittivity measurement function for dielectric material).

    This section lists the complete 16453A speci cations. These speci cations are the performance standards and limits against which the 16453A is tested.
